Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and validation.
- Document application designs, configurations, and changes to maintain clear records for future reference.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Personnel Administration.
- Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules and their integration with business processes.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP HCM Personnel Administration to meet organizational needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HCM Personnel Administration effectively.
- Familiarity with SAP system landscapes and transport management.
- Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members for requirement gathering and solution delivery.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Personnel Administration.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
