Your work focuses on delivering scalable and efficient solutions that meet unique business requirements, ensuring that the software aligns with organizational goals and user expectations. Throughout the day, you balance innovation with practical implementation, contributing to the continuous enhancement of software products and services.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software applications to enhance performance and user experience.
- Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing code for performance and scalability.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with database concepts and integration techniques within SAP environments.
- Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software design and implementation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
