As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with the team to drive the project forward while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Ensure timely delivery of software components while adhering to project timelines and quality standards.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and project understanding.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to optimize performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently within the ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
