Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Testing.
- Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications.
- Strong knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools.
- Ability to analyze system requirements and translate them into effective testing strategies.
- Familiarity with automation testing frameworks and scripting to improve testing efficiency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Testing.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
