Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project needs, ensuring that software solutions align with organizational goals. The workday includes collaborating with various stakeholders to understand requirements, translating those into functional applications, and refining solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Attention to detail and adaptability are key as the engineer navigates through different phases of application development, from initial design to deployment and maintenance, ensuring seamless integration within the business environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges that may impact deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of back-end development including server-side programming and database management.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
