Summary :
10+ years of working experience in OpenText ECM product suite implementation and support on large scale and complex projects. Minimum 5 years experience of OpenText solution architecture, design and delivery on large scale and complex projects. The role requires strong experience of OpenText ECM capabilities, SuccessFactors integration, document management processes, metadata configuration, and support for HR document lifecycle management.


Must have Skills :
. Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and other cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and define solution architectures. . . . . Lead workshops and discovery sessions to identify content management and business process needs along with GenAI Implementations.
. Active lead role in Upgrade and Migration of OT ECM from lower to higher versions on different environments.
. Design and implement integrations between OpenText solutions and other enterprise systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or CRM platforms. This involves using APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), and other middleware to ensure seamless data exchange with Client Security Controls.
. Designing the system to have no single point of failure by configuring load balancers to perform health checks to ensure high availability.
. Implementing various levels of caching to reduce the load on backend servers and decrease response times
. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, and system diagrams.
. Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with upgrades and migrations for existing OpenText applications.
. Must be able to accommodate a flexible schedule concerning required availability and accessibility


Summary of Roles & Responsibilities
Lead requirement gathering, solution design, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
Design and implement complex ECM solutions across organizations, geographies, and technologies.
Ensure end-to-end delivery accountability, including system, integration, and user acceptance readiness.
Execute unit, system, and integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with project teams on planning, estimations, and issue resolution.
Conduct business workshops to map processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
Provide post-deployment support by troubleshooting issues and delivering sustainable solutions.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. The ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is crucial.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
Familiarity with AI-powered features within the OpenText suite.
OpenText certifications or other relevant industry certifications.
