As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. Continuous evaluation and refinement of the applications are integral to maintaining their relevance and efficiency within the business environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and project success.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of software solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle SOA OSB.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle SOA BPEL Process Manager.
- Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture principles and integration patterns.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable middleware solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex integration flows and processes.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management and deployment strategies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle SOA OSB.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
