Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve applying your knowledge of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients and projects effectively, ensuring that the software solutions meet the required specifications and quality standards. You will collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall skill levels.
- Analyze project requirements and design software solutions that align with client needs.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and services.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Ability to design scalable and secure cloud architectures.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
