Summary:
As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will also perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
- Lead team meetings to discuss progress and challenges
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA DB Administration
- Strong understanding of SAP Basis Administration principles
- Experience in SAP system installations, upgrades, and migrations
- Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration
- This position is based at our Indore office
- A 15 years full-time education is required
