Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand client requirements and design effective solutions. The role includes coding and testing multiple parts of the software to ensure functionality and quality. Throughout the day, there is a focus on maintaining existing systems, implementing enhancements, and developing new features to meet evolving client needs. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is an integral part of the daily routine to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their tasks.
- Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance project outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing reusable components and integrating with backend services.
- Strong understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues within the Salesforce platform.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
