Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Strong understanding of plant maintenance processes and their integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Plant Maintenance modules to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical specifications.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP Plant Maintenance applications.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application design and deployment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
