Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing feedback and implementing effective changes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable application components within cloud platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various enterprise systems.
- Ability to work with diverse teams and adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
