Summary: As a Technical Field Service Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring Salesforce Field Service Lightning solutions that align with business processes and application requirements. Your role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to capture business needs, develop scalable solutions, and drive operational efficiency. You will act as a subject matter expert (SME), ensuring that solutions are strategically aligned with organizational goals while overseeing delivery quality and timelines. A key aspect of this role is problem-solving, providing innovative approaches to complex challenges, and leading the team towards successful outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: Serve as the SME for Salesforce Field Service Lightning. Lead, guide, and manage the team to achieve performance goals. Take accountability for technical and functional decisions made by the team. Partner with multiple teams and stakeholders to drive key architectural and solution decisions. Provide solutions to complex problems both within your immediate team and across cross-functional teams. Conduct and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen overall team capabilities. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring deliverables are aligned with business objectives and delivered on time. Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments (Copado added advantage). Salesforce Field Service certification is required. Professional & Technical Skills: Must-Have Skills: Strong proficiency in Salesforce Field Service Lightning. Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud. Deep understanding of application development methodologies and best practices. Knowledge of integration techniques, APIs, and system interoperability. Proven experience in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and application optimization. Additional Information: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
