Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding your team through the development process. You will also engage in strategic planning to align application development with organizational goals, ensuring that the solutions provided are effective and efficient. Your role will require you to balance technical oversight with team management, fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration. Roles & Responsibilities: • Transition an existing PoC / MVP into a production-grade, compliant setup. • Reconfigure GitLab CI pipelines for new production environment, general setup is completed. • Extend current Azure ML workflows and manage them via Azure ML SDK. • Train and evaluate custom ML models independently. • Apply standard ML techniques (e.g., clustering, embeddings). • Collaborate with stakeholders and document workflows. Professional & Technical Skills: • GitLab CI (pipeline reconfiguration for newly provided Azure Resource Group) or general experience in CI/CD (eg. Github Actions) • Azure Ecosystem: Azure ML, Promptflow, Azure SDK • General GenAI capabilities: Tool Calling, Prompt Orchestration • General Data Science Skills: Python, pandas, scikit-learn, sentence transformers • Container build experience for ML • Strong stakeholder communication Additional Information: .
