The Salesforce AgentForce Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing application support and new enhancements to the AgentForce solutions and designing new agentforce implementations for the Client. This role will involve managing the solution strategy roadmap and coordinating expectations with team members. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce and proven experience in technical leadership. Your role Provide technical leadership and expertise in Salesforce AgentForce solutions. Oversee application support and enhancements for AgentForce in the production environment. Manage the solution strategy roadmap for Salesforce AgentForce, ensuring alignment with business goals. Monitor and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure system stability and performance. Develop and implement best practices for Salesforce AgentForce development and deployment. Maintain documentation of AgentForce system configurations, customizations, and processes. Stay current with Salesforce AgentForce updates and industry trends to ensure the company's solutions remain cutting-edge. Your skills and experience Experience in technical leadership. Good understanding of Salesforce AgentForce architecture, data models, and integration capabilities. Proficiency in Salesforce apex, flows and lightning web components Salesforce certifications at least PD1. Technical proficiency in Salesforce deployment platforms and tools. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, effective interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
