Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom software solutions within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various software components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality, maintainable code.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
