Working within an agile environment, the engineer focuses on delivering scalable and efficient solutions that meet unique business requirements, ensuring that the software aligns with evolving project goals and client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Maintain and update existing software components to improve reliability and performance.
- Document development processes and code changes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools.
- Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues.
- Familiarity with integration of enterprise content management systems within broader IT environments.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in OpenText ECM Tools.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
