Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to specific requirements. This role serves as the main liaison for project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. The position requires overseeing the progress of application development, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and continuously refining solutions to meet evolving needs. Collaboration with various teams to align objectives and deliver high-quality software solutions is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure design and deployment best practices.
- Experience in designing scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into architectural designs.
- Familiarity with automation tools and infrastructure as code to streamline deployment processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
