Senior LabVantage LIMS Technical Lead / Solution Architect
Experience
12+ years in IT
7–10+ years in LabVantage LIMS implementation, customization, and support
Experience in Pharma, Biotechnology, Healthcare, or Life Sciences
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end LabVantage LIMS implementation and upgrade projects.
Gather and analyze business requirements from laboratory stakeholders.
Design scalable LabVantage solutions and technical architecture.
Configure and customize LabVantage modules, including:
Sample Management
Stability
Inventory
Specifications
Workflow Management
Develop custom solutions using Java, Groovy, SQL, XML, and REST APIs.
Integrate LabVantage with SAP, MES, ELN, SDMS, ERP, and laboratory instruments.
Lead code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Mentor development teams and establish coding standards.
Coordinate with QA, validation, infrastructure, and business teams.
Support Computer System Validation (CSV) and regulatory compliance activities.
Manage deployments, upgrades, and production support.
