- Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets to support business decision-making.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into intuitive, user-friendly BI solutions.
- Build applications and automation using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse to streamline business processes.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with various data sources
- Help manage data flows from sources to Power BI reports and review/validate for accuracy
- Develop reusable components, templates, and data connectors to improve development efficiency across the team.
- Ensure consistency, reliability, and governance of data used in BI and Power Platform solutions.
- Work closely with business analysts, testers, and product owners to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.
- Provide user support, issue resolution, and enhancements for existing BI and Power Platform solutions.
- Execute monthly PeopleSoft time entry for all Agile Release Trains to ensure accurate data for capitalization forecasting.

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, including report development, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.

- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, relational databases, and SQL.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical BI solutions.
- Experience with data integration from multiple sources and formats.
- Knowledge of data security, role-based access control, and compliance best practices.
