Job Title: Campaign Management Coordinator
Overview:
The Campaign Management Coordinator is responsible for ensuring campaign deliverables are executed on time, aligned to strategy, and coordinated across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage intake, briefing, and trafficking campaigns across SVOD, FAST, paid media, and owned media.
- Build and maintain campaign trackers, ensuring deliverables are on schedule.
- Coordinate workflows between Marketing Ops, Merchandising, and Copywriting.
- Route assets for review, approvals, and QA across workflow systems.
- Keep all campaign assets neatly organized in folders and maintain archives in Box or Google Drive.
- Support campaign launches with organized schedules and last-minute troubleshooting.
- Edit, resize, or make minor adjustments to creative assets using design tools when needed to meet platform or campaign specifications.
- Ensure all creative materials adhere to brand guidelines and are properly formatted for delivery.
- Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders, escalating risks or blockers early.
- Ready to work US hours: 10:30 am – 7:00 pm ET / 7:30 am – 4 pm PT
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in campaign coordination, project management, or creative trafficking services.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in workflow tools (Box, Monday, Asana, or equivalent).
- Working knowledge of design software, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with the ability to make basic edits or adjustments to creative files when required.
- Understanding of creative file formats, asset specifications, and design review processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail in trafficking, QA, and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in streaming, media, gaming, or consumer entertainment.
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field required.
· Project coordination, campaign management, or digital marketing certifications preferred.
