The Business Systems Analyst will configure systems, manage data imports, and ensure data integrity. They will gather business requirements, provide user support, and maintain reports and dashboards while collaborating with the customer success team to implement system features.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA for managing user stories, tasks, and sprints.

- If you also have experience in XML, XSLT, SQL
What will you be doing in this role:
- Create process documentation, system workflows, and business requirement documents
- Provide first-line technical support for software application and configure system according to business requirements
- assist users with business-critical applications, ensuring any technical issues are quickly addressed and resolved
- Provide support for process improvements and system upgrades
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams
