The team encompasses a variety of disciplines from data governance and strategy to reporting, data science and machine learning. As a Quant Analytics Associate within the Offers and Shopping Data and Analytics team, you will deliver timely insights to enhance customer engagement and business performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define objectives and nurture a culture of continuous experimentation.
Job Responsibilities
- Synthesize data from various sources to identify actionable insights for customer engagement.
- Collaborate with Product & Design teams to enhance user experience and increase adoption.
- Work with UX/UI teams to improve conversion rates through testing and implementation.
- Analyze customer behavior to measure performance and report key trends to senior leadership.
- Evaluate and implement new tools to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, business analytics, finance, economics, mathematics, or engineering.
- 3+ years of analytics experience in digital, product, or marketing analytics.
- Proficiency in data querying (Snowflake SQL/Python), Alteryx, and Tableau.
- Ability to navigate loosely defined business problems independently.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting data insights to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Master's degree preferred in relevant fields.
- 2+ years of analytics experience with a Master's degree.
- Experience with experimentation tools like Split, Optimizely, Adobe Target.
- Experience in designing analytics implementation to improve data collection.
