We are hiring a Business Analyst with 5-7 years of experience
Key competencies
- Ability to understand general business requirements and implement corresponding technical solutions.
- Outstanding technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis.
- Ability to work with data and complex systems.
- Significant experience in a technology field.
- Experience with multiple SDLC methodologies, particularly Agile principles.
- Must have familiarity with Analyst methodologies. Use Cases; Business Rule Development; User Interface Specs; Functional/Non-Functional Specs.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, outstanding communication skills (written and verbal), and be team-oriented.
- Must be detail conscious, technically motivated, creative, and user oriented.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and create accurate project estimates. Accurately quantifies project specific risks through the project lifecycle.
- Ability to present information in an influencing manner to leadership and all business stakeholders.
- Proven planning and organization skills, creating own work schedules, prioritizing workload, preparing in advance and setting realistic timescales.
