Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions in production environments
• Work with large datasets, including data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering
• Implement machine learning algorithms using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI capabilities into applications and systems
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize models for accuracy, scalability, and performance
• Apply AI techniques such as NLP, computer vision, or deep learning based on business use cases
• Document experiments, model configurations, and deployment processes
• Communicate technical findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner
• Stay up to date with emerging AI/ML trends including Generative AI and Large Language Models
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience
• Experience building end-to-end ML pipelines (data → model → deployment)
• Experience in domain-specific applications such as healthcare, customer service, or automation
• Knowledge of MLOps practices (CI/CD, model monitoring, versioning)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Understanding of Responsible AI principles, including fairness, bias mitigation, and model explainability
• Proven exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, or deep learning techniques
