As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. The professional collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and promptly address any disruptions, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system performance and reliability through proactive issue identification and resolution.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance collective expertise.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine.
- Experience in developing and maintaining custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Familiarity with workflow automation and integration capabilities of ServiceNow.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow App Engine.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
