As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and a commitment to ensuring system reliability and performance throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Continuously improve support processes to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience with integration technologies and middleware platforms.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impacts.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively document and convey technical information.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
