Kolkata-based deeptech startup Genovation has raised $150,000 in pre-seed funding at a $6 million valuation to support product development, team expansion, market growth and more.
As reported by Entrackr, Genovation is developing Mentis, an agentic AI platform designed for sectors such as defense and healthcare and aimed at enhancing decision making and efficiency at a lower cost than global competitors. The platform works across cloud, on-premise and offline environments to deliver citation-backed insights and downloadable reports and source code.
With a reported cost advantage over global players like OpenAI and Anthropic, the Entrackr story shows Genovation plans to make enterprise-grade AI more accessible while maintaining privacy, scalability and compliance.
