Bandhan Life, an insurance company headquartered in Mumbai, recently announced its expansion into a new office in Kolkata. The company works to make insurance easy to understand, purchase and claim. Its Kolkata office will help expand the reach of Bandhan Life’s products and services as it continues building out its nationwide footprint.
The company’s new office encompasses 5,000 square feet of space at Adventz Infinity in Salt Lake. The new office will serve as a hub for operations and employee development in India’s eastern region. The facility features various open workspaces, ergonomic workstations, private meeting rooms and a professional development training room. It also incorporates eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient lighting solutions.
“This facility will enable us to enhance our customer service, create a nurturing environment for our employees and serve as a key center for employee training and development in the region,” Satishwar B., MD and CEO of Bandhan Life, said in a statement. “Furthermore, it will facilitate synergies with our banking partners, enabling us to maintain the highest service delivery standards to our customers.”
