Job Description


Implement sales strategy in zone and plan for business growth.

Formulate the sales targets for different channels of Independent Aftermarket to improve market share in zone.

Deploy national sales programs for all products to achieve desired sales product mix.

Manage turnover and share of business to have desired receivables for business.

Plan workshop business development in zone for secondary turnover growth.

Promote sales from secondary and tertiary trade levels to generate demand for business in zone.

Execute visits and meetings to develop a customer relationship for business development and customer success.

Guide and direct team members for employee success for business growth.

Qualifications

  • B.E/B.Tech in any stream.
  • MBA is desirable.

  • Competent in Automotive Aftermarket and Mobility Business.

  • Advanced in product management and process.
  • Advanced in workshop management and business excellence.
  • Competent in leading a small team (5+) with multi culture, demographic, generation, and diversity.

Experience :

  • 7-10 years of experience in Aftermarket Sales, preferable from Automotive/Automobile/FMCG industries. 
  • 3 + years of experience in Sales Management and Workshop business development.
  • 3 + years Experience in Channel /Distribution management.
