Job Description:
The WW SMB Digital Program Manager will translate the Smart Choice global business strategy into impactful content and campaigns to be executed on digital channels, including social channels. This role supports regional teams in driving new business and expanding existing business within the SMB segment on a global scale. The focus will be on end-user marketing to generate demand through our channel partners.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and excellent communication skills.
We are looking for a dynamic and creative marketeer with experience in social media, content creation, and campaigns to join our WW SMB marketing team as the Smart Choice Demand Programs manager. The ideal candidate will strategize, develop, and execute our global social media initiatives to align with our sales and partner objectives. This role will manage our online presence, engage with key partners to amplify brand awareness, and develop SMB campaigns to enhance our partners' awareness and demand generation efforts.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on team player passionate about digital programs from ideation to execution, content creation, and activation. A gifted storyteller, the candidate will craft compelling narratives from diverse ideas and will collaborate with multiple functions to deliver a globally aligned plan within the small and mighty SMB team. The candidate will also define and execute the social media marketing plan and work with the regions to grow Engage & Grow recognition and perception.
Desire to work on a small, tightly knit team that works and pivots quickly, willingness to try new ideas, comfort with ambiguity, and willingness to take calculated risks is essential.
Responsibilities:

- Strategize, develop, and execute global social media initiatives aligned with sales and partner objectives.
- Manage online presence and engage with key stakeholders to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Develop and execute SMB campaigns to enhance partner awareness and demand generation around Smart Choice.
- Collaborate with regional teams to deliver a globally aligned plan within the SMB team.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media and campaigns.
- Analyze data to drive continual improvement in marketing efforts.
- Embrace a hands-on approach to all aspects of digital programs, from ideation to activation.
- Occasionally support as a field marketer if needed in geo
Qualifications:

- 5 – 10 years marketing experience
- Advanced English Level
- Experience developing and executing digital campaigns on a global scale
- Strong writing, copywriting, and editing skills
- A storyteller with a genuine interest in edge to cloud technologies like Wi-Fi network, compute, and storage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to be flexible, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Deep understanding of the customer journey and supporting marketing tactics, including digital, social, direct, and the science of measurement
- Great collaborator, communicator, and motivator
- Knowledge in Compute and Storage is a plus.
- Passionate about working in a small, agile team that adapts quickly.
- Open to trying new ideas, comfortable with ambiguity, and willing to take calculated risks
