About this role:
This position aligns with the Workplace Design & Experience Platform, which is responsible for Employee Experience Amenities programs. This role is integral to our unified global employee experience strategy, focusing on enhancing employee engagement through our Workplace Experience program. This role is essential in fostering a globally unified employee experience, ensuring that all team members feel valued and engaged, regardless of their location.
In this role, you will:
- Workplace Experience lead in region, working with global team to deliver a consistent employee and visitor experience. Develop and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience across remote work, hybrid work models, and global collaboration.
- Formulate a workplace experience strategy that respects and incorporates regional and cultural differences. Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of workplace experience projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify needs and ensure seamless integration of programs across diverse region.
- Utilize data and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness, pinpoint areas for improvement, and assess their impact on employee engagement.
- Partner with other Workplace Design & Experience teammates, and with change management partner to create and implement communication strategies to facilitate the successful adoption of new programs and initiatives.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to ensure that our workplace experience remains innovative and impactful.
- Provide direction to a cross-functional team, leveraging business expertise to lead meetings and facilitate decision-making around implementation of recommendations and plans.
- Strategize and engage in discussions with property management, sourcing, and senior leadership initiatives at a regional level.
- Develop category and vendor scorecards to effectively report critical KPIs related to risk, cost, and quality for centrally managed categories, presenting findings to senior leadership to monitor key risks and drive decision-making.
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, mitigate risk exposure, and create efficiencies where possible.
- Review and assess strategic approaches and the effectiveness of support functions and business performance.
- Conduct assessments through fact-finding and data analysis, employing creative solutions to resolve complex issues and develop actionable recommendations.
- Implement feedback-to-action loops for greater transparency across the corporate property organization
- Provide ongoing neighborhood health change management support
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Workplace Experience Program/Project Management, Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or a combination of relevant work experience, hospitality industry, training, military experience, or education.
