Job Responsibilities

• Prepare Training Compliance Weekly reports according to established parameters.
• Follow up with Team Members (TMs) and Managers to ensure flawless training completion.
• Conduct New Hire Team Member Orientation (TMO).
• Maintain and update training records on the LMS Software Workday (Learning Management System).
• Build, assign, and close training sessions and On-the-Job training on LMS.
• Support and guide team members traveling to Micron sites outside India for training.
• Collaborate with Micron network sites in Malaysia and Singapore for seamless training execution.
• Manage classroom training operations and logistics.
• Monitor and maintain training assets such as laptops and special stationery used in production areas (ESD notebooks, ESD pens).

Job Requirements

• Proven ability to successfully implement training programs.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with LMS software, particularly Workday.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to excellence.
