Eclick is hiring fresher for website sales process.

Shift - 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
Monday to Friday working
Salary - 15,000 to 18,000

1) Identify and connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and other lead-generation channels.
2) Understand clients' business requirements and recommend suitable website development, digital marketing, and IT solutions.
3) Follow up regularly with leads and prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.
4) Negotiate commercial terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
5) Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, revenue, and collection targets.
6) Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, proposals, and sales activities in the CRM system.
7) Stay updated on website technologies, digital marketing trends, and competitors' offerings.
8) Ensure timely collection of payments from clients and maintain healthy customer relationships.
9) Represent the company professionally during virtual meetings, presentations, and client discussions.

Qualifications & Requirements:-

1) Graduate candidates are preferred. Candidates currently pursuing graduation through a distance learning program are also eligible to apply.

2) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with clients.

3) Comfortable handling outbound and inbound client calls and conducting virtual meetings.

4) Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a customer-centric approach.

5) Good research and analytical skills are preferred to understand client requirements and identify business opportunities.

6) Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment.
