As an Experience Design Senior Associate within the Operations team, you will shape user experiences by leveraging advanced design principles. Job responsibilities
- Design and develop elegant solutions to interaction problems, ensuring consistency across products and platforms.
- Apply advanced knowledge of information architecture to create user-centric designs that enhance navigation and satisfaction.
- Conduct data-driven analyses to inform design decisions and transform information into valuable insights.
- Collaborate with teams to incorporate inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines.
- Operate with an iterative design mindset, incorporating user feedback to improve user experience.
- Assist in analyzing market trends and user research to inform design decisions and contribute to strategic thinking.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years in user experience design or equivalent role with digital products and services.
- Proven ability to create visually appealing designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in designing user experiences across web, mobile, and other digital channels.
- Experience interpreting complex data and transforming it into actionable insights.
- Proficient understanding of inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines.
