Role
We are looking for a Transformation Architect - OT to join our team in Bangalore, reporting to the Regional Vice President, OT GTM in the Take Off Team.
The Transformation Architect is a key individual contributor within Zscaler’s Go-to-Market team, responsible for driving customer-facing technical engagements across OT and industrial security environments. This role leads end-to-end Proof of Value initiatives, delivers product demonstrations, gathers technical requirements, and partners closely with sales and internal teams to showcase the value of Zscaler’s cloud security solutions.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Lead architectural discussions, understand business intent, identify gaps, and define a high-level target state architecture and strategic roadmap to ensure Proof of Value (PoV) evaluations effectively demonstrate intended outcomes
- Design and plan PoV initiatives while remaining aligned throughout the execution phase to ensure solutions address overarching business objectives and strategic goals
- Partner closely with Sales Engineers and other key stakeholders during the evaluation process to provide strategic guidance
- Support internal Zscaler teams through cross-functional collaboration and conduct technical screenings for potential new hire candidates

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Expertise in the security architecture and protection of Industrial Automation and Control Systems (IACS)
- Strong understanding of the Purdue-level model for OT environments and network-level controls including Firewalls and SDWAN controls
- Solid understanding of Macro and Micro segmentation, including experience with Network Access Control (NAC) solutions such as ISE or Clearpass
- Proven experience in asset discovery, profiling, or visibility domains such as Armis, Dragos, Nozomi Networks, or Fortinet
- Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, particularly those focusing on contractor access
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Knowledge or experience with Industrial Automation and Control Systems (IACS) as well as OT-specific standards, regulations, or frameworks like ISA/IEC 62443
- A strategic mindset and the ability to drive impactful, integrated security solutions for IT, IoT, and OT systems
