- Various Reviews and Best practices, adherence to Quality Guidelines
- Experience in Efforts Estimation, iterative scheduling
- Team handling and mentoring

- Chip manufacturing domain experience
- Experience of Knowledge acquisition on existing applications from other teams.
- Experience in Application which is in Management & Maintenance [Defects, Change Requests].
