• Build scalable automation frameworks and standards to accelerate adoption and improve ROI
• Implement stable UI automation for critical user journeys and entitlement-driven behaviors while reducing flakiness
• Create API contract and integration tests from OpenAPI/Swagger specs covering schemas, compatibility, and error handling
• Validate token lifecycle workflows (issuance/minting, transfer, burn/redemption) and reconcile ledger state across services
• Automate end-to-end validations across UI + API + ledger workflows with disciplined evidence capture
• Validate on-chain outcomes (success, receipts/confirmations/finality, balances/state, logs/events) and reconcile to internal state
• Support multi-chain validation patterns for Ethereum Sepolia, Base (EVM), and Solana ecosystems
• Verify JPMC approval for any third-party/external services (including Etherscan) before integration and use
• Test payment-adjacent processing and settlement flows including reconciliation and resiliency/failover behaviors
• Drive defect triage, retesting, root-cause analysis partnership, and data-driven quality metrics/reporting improvements
• Demonstrate 5+ years of SDET/Quality Engineering experience building and maintaining UI and API automation frameworks

• Validate tokenization concepts and token lifecycle behaviors across services
• Apply payments or payment-adjacent integration knowledge to end-to-end testing
• Execute on-chain validation across public chains/testnets including EVM-based ecosystems (Sepolia/Base)
• Apply Solana fundamentals to validation (signatures, confirmations/finality, account/program state checks)
• Validate IAM controls including authentication/authorization, RBAC/ABAC, entitlements, audit logging, and negative testing
• Automate SCIM provisioning integration tests across Users/Groups lifecycle, mapping, sync, retries, and failure modes
• Build chain validation using RPC/provider interfaces for EVM chains and Solana across public and private networks
• Apply contract testing and service virtualization/mocking strategies for complex dependency chains
• Execute performance and reliability testing for API-heavy systems (latency, throughput, soak, resiliency/failover)
• Validate event-driven architectures and message flows using strong observability practices
