Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architectures tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining innovative solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs align with strategic objectives and operational requirements, fostering a robust and adaptable technology environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural consistency and integration across projects.
- Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and incorporating them into architectural strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior professionals to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation in Application Development.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures.
- Experience with integration of diverse systems and platforms to create cohesive solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop effective architectural responses.
- Familiarity with best practices in software development lifecycle and automation frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term architectural sustainability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Automation in Application Development.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
