The Life Science Technical Sales Product Specialist will play a critical role in driving sales promoting product portfolio knowledge and strengthening relationships with new and existing Channel Distributors across the MEA region. The role requires a strong understanding of life science and microbiology equipment and instruments, Consumables, Kits & reagents as well as the ability to effectively communicate product benefits technical features and their application in various laboratory settings.

Sales Target Achievement & Reporting
Monitor and drive sales performance against set targets ensuring consistent growth in the region.
Report regularly on sales activities, revenue generation and distributor performance to Business Development Manager.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and create actionable plans for growth.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for Life Science & Microbiology equipment and instruments, Consumables, Kits & Reagents tailored to the needs of the MEA region.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns product launches, and awareness-building activities.
Support Channel Distributors & Direct Accounts in setting sales targets tracking progress and ensuring alignment with overall regional business goals.
Provide feedback on market trends competitor activity and customer needs to enhance product offerings and sales approaches.
Channel Distributor Development & Support
Identify and propose new Channel Distributors within the MEA region to expand market reach.
Provide ongoing support and training to existing Channel Distributors ensuring they are equipped with the latest product knowledge and sales strategies.
Foster strong relationships with key Channel Distributors providing guidance and assistance in resolving any challenges they may face.
Conduct regular meetings and reviews with Channel Distributors to monitor progress discuss performance and identify new opportunities for business growth.
Product Knowledge & Training
Point of contact for life science and microbiology E&I Consumables, Kits & reagents products offering training sessions, webinars and one-on-one support to Channel Distributors and their sales teams.
Create and maintain educational materials and sales tools including product guides, presentations and application notes, to facilitate effective product promotion and sales.
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, product innovations and regulatory changes to ensure accurate information is shared with Channel Distributors.
Customer Engagement & Satisfaction
Cultivate relationships with end customers in the region ensuring their needs are addressed through product recommendations and Channel Distributor engagements.
Assist Channel Distributors with technical product inquiries, troubleshooting and after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Ensure timely response to customer feedback and complaints resolving issues efficiently while maintaining strong business relationships.
Regional Market Development
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends opportunities, and potential threats within the MEA region.
Contribute to the development of regional business plans aligning product offerings with local market needs and regulatory requirements.
Participate in key industry conferences, trade shows and seminars to increase brand visibility and network with potential customers and partners.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technical support and logistics to ensure smooth product delivery and timely order fulfillment.
Collaborate with the regional sales team and management to align sales objectives, share best practices and enhance performance across the region.
Continuous Improvement
Provide feedback on product features & pricing based on distributor and customer input to help improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
Suggest process improvements for better sales operations distributor engagement and customer service delivery
