Job Description
Key Requirements
- Strong Technical Project Manager with experience leading complex technology projects.
- Ability to drive and lead teams with passion, ownership, and accountability.
- Proactive self-starter with a hands-on, outcome-focused approach.
- Confident in working with and constructively challenging senior stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Good understanding of AI / Generative AI and its practical application in project management.
- Must be able to demonstrate how AI has been used for planning, reporting, risk management, meeting summaries, productivity, or decision-making.
- Strong experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, timelines, and delivery governance.
- Experience working with cross-functional technology, business, product, and engineering teams.
- Good understanding of Agile / hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Looking for a dynamic, hands-on PM rather than a very senior/profile-heavy project manager.
