What You'll Bring:
Roles & Responsibilities
The Technical Product Manager is required to have/ be:
- Technical expertise: Act as a bridge between Business and Technology teams, translating business needs into deliverables. Perform impact analysis across downstream systems and channels. Drive design discussions with Architects ensuring scalable and efficient solutions.
- Planning & Execution: Maintain a well-organized team backlog and own the end-to-end go-live plan, providing regular updates to senior management highlighting RAIDs and mitigation plans. Support the UAT & go live related activities.
- Collaboration & Flexibility: Work effectively across several teams and geographies, adapting to a flexible schedule that accommodates early morning and late-night calls with domestic and international stakeholders as required.
- Agile experience; TransUnion leverages agile methodologies; you will be required to have experience in an agile environment; SAFe certified is preferred.
- Your deep experience in technology, product development, agile methodologies along with industry expertise in financial services, or a related discipline will allow you to ‘hit-the-ground-running’ in this fast-paced and evolving matrix business.
- Collaborate on 3YP planning, manage execution and delivery of multiple parallel initiatives.
- Ability to handle Ambiguity & execute in time critical/high pressure environments.
Experience & Skills
• Overall 8+ years of experience with atleast 5 years as a technical Product owner or Business Analyst. Preferred experience in BFSI, Fintechs, tech startups.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a strong technical environment;
• Experience working with Agile / Scrum work environment as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or similar role: writing user stories, and following the development process through user story acceptance.
• Experience in driving large platform modernization and transformation projects
• Ability to build value propositions and communicating with various level stakeholders.
• You have the ability and aptitude to think innovatively and drive change within both internal and customers;
• You work well with virtual teams and have a flexible work structure that allows for early morning/late night calls with resources in other countries.
