In this role, you will be responsible for leading frontend development efforts, mentoring team members, and ensuring the implementation of best practices in coding and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable frontend architectures using React.js.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers to create a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of learning within the team.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables while ensuring high-quality output.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development and apply best practices in project workflows.
- Work closely with project stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React.js.
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Proven experience with responsive web design principles.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Enzyme.
- Understanding of version control systems, preferably Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
