What are you Going to do?
📌 Technical editing and Proofreading: Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness of language, structure, and technical terminology, without influencing or defining technical design or decisions.
📌 Accuracy and Clarity review: Work closely with subject research experts, engineers and software developers to clarify explanations, resolve ambiguities, and ensure technical information is communicated clearly as intended by the authors.
📌 Collaboration and Communication improvement: Collaborate closely with technical teams to help improve written and spoken English, with a focus on clearly as intended by the authors.
📌 Audience- focused documentation: Ensure documentation is structured and written to meet the needs of its intended technical and semi technical audiences, while preserving the original technical intent.
It might also be requested to, from time to time:
📌 Documentation maintenance: Edit, refine and maintain Technical Documents such as system documentation, user manuals and product guides.
📌 Structure and Readability: Organize technical information in a logical and consistent manner to improve readability and usability.
What are we Looking for?
✔ 5+ years of experience as Technical Writer.
✔ Time management: Independent and able to manage their own schedule
✔ Self-starter: Takes initiative to research different approaches of adding value to the team
✔ Adaptability and flexibility: Able to adjust to changing priorities or shifting project requirements while maintaining documentation standards.
✔ Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and effective communication within the team as well as diverse company-wide stakeholders.
