Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with extensive experience in software development and a strong focus on SAP FICO. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high quality software solutions, demonstrating exceptional problem solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP FICO functionalities and the ability to integrate them into software applications effectively.
Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet business requirements, with a strong emphasis on SAP FICO integration.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to software development and SAP FICO.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices and coding standards.
• Document software designs, processes, and technical specifications for future reference.
• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of software applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in SAP FICO, including configuration, implementation, and support.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Solid understanding of database management systems and SQL.
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its integration with FICO.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and platforms.
• Knowledge of other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) is a plus.
• Experience in DevOps practices and tools.
• Certifications related to SAP FICO or software development are advantageous.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10 15 years of relevant experience in software development, with a strong focus on SAP FICO.
• Proven experience in leading software development projects from inception to completion.
