Uses existing customer data to generate business and ensures smooth sales operations and performance within the assigned area.
We are looking for a driven and experienced Team Sales Manager to lead tractor loan sales through direct teams, brokers, and dealers. The role involves managing a team of field sales executives, driving business volumes, and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in vehicle finance and team leadership, with a focus on productivity, collections, and customer engagement.
ResponsibilitiesLead a team of 5–7 field sales executives to drive tractor loan sales. Manage business volumes of approx. 500–600 tractors annually (~₹20 Cr). Handle refinance business, early default collections, and team productivity. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and brokers.
