About the Role 

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Team Lead to oversee day-to-day team operations, drive performance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing team workflows, coaching team members, and coordinating with cross-functional departments to meet organizational goals.

What You’ll Do 
  • Supervise and guide an [X]-member team to achieve performance targets
  • Monitor performance, provide feedback, and conduct reviews
  • Allocate tasks, manage workloads, and ensure timely deliverables
  • Facilitate team meetings, knowledge sharing, and problem-solving
  • Act as first point of escalation, resolving team conflicts
  • Train, mentor, and support professional development
  • Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with management for process improvements and best practices
  • Prepare and present reports on team performance, issues, and recommendations
