Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with the experience in managing end-to-end hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing positions.
- Ensure a clear understanding of position requirements and expectations through recruiting kick-off meetings with Hiring Managers. Provide regular updates to Hiring Managers on candidate flow/status.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, talent networks and manage full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions from entry to senior levels.
- Conduct preliminary screenings to evaluate candidate fit (skills, experience, communication).
- Schedule interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and ATS records regularly.
- Drive pre-onboarding communication, and documentation.
- Work on niche hiring, campus hiring as per business needs.
- Ensure great candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Active participation in the Employee Engagement events.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience, recruitment in Actuaries is preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills (Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean search).
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and coordination skills
