JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitoring & Reporting of critical systems.
- Performs troubleshooting as required and lead problem-solving efforts often involving outside vendors and team members from other departments.
- On call support and maintain environments for availability and security.
- Blue Prism and UiPath environment configurations and management
- Build and manage environment(s), their scalability and availability, adhering to SOPs.
- Patching of servers and infrastructure as per patching policy.
- Coordinate with Database specialists and Operations Specialists.
- Configure monitoring and alerts for the critical systems.
- Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
- Performs other duties as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Working experience in on-premises and cloud infrastructure
- In-depth knowledge of Blue Prism and UiPath
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Excellent organizational, written and communication skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting capability.
