Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will possess 3-20 years of experience in the analysis and design of reinforced concrete (RC) and steel buildings or bridges, utilising industry-standard software such as STAAD, ETABS, SAFE, and SAP, in compliance with Indian/ACI standards.
- Conduct rigorous structural analysis and design of complex RC and steel structures, ensuring adherence to relevant codes and standards.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the utilisation of advanced structural engineering software, including but not limited to STAAD, ETABS, SAFE, and SAP.
- Execute precise detailing of reinforcement and connections for steel members, maintaining the highest standards of structural integrity and safety.
- Facilitate effective inter-disciplinary coordination, collaborating with various engineering teams to ensure cohesive and efficient project execution.
- Produce comprehensive technical reports and design documentation, adhering to strict quality control measures.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements in structural engineering.
- Participate in project planning and risk assessment activities, providing expert input on structural considerations.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and professional development within the team.
- Mandatory: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or M.Tech in Structural Engineering from a recognised institution
- Extensive knowledge of Indian/ACI standards is imperative
- Demonstrated proficiency in advanced structural analysis software, including but not limited to STAAD, Etabs, Safe, and Sap
